Ciel's competition submissions included the following caramels: Kahlua-kaka, Passion, Fleur d'Elise, Yankee Turtle, Orange Rose, and Elderflower & Fig Founded by artisan Elizabeth Chung, Ciel Chocolatier makes assorted caramels handcrafted artistically with various ingredients from flowers to fruits, spices and teas.
