The International Chocolate Salon Awards for the 4th Annual HOT CHOCOLATE AWARDS are based on the combined total number of votes received by each entrant from the Judging Panel.
The Judging Panel consists of National and Regional Magazines, Newspaper and Blog Editors, plus Topic Experts, Local Chefs and Food Gurus.
The award winners below have the honor of being able to display and use the Official Award Winner title and award logos, as well as use items (such as the Award Winner lapel pin), as well as use Custom Award Certificates, and logo award merchandise.

VALENTINE'S CHOCOLATE AWARDS
Valentine's Day, also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is a day known internationally as one in which those in romantic relationships, or potential romantic relationships, celebrate together with gifts, meals, and other amorous activities. Sometimes you can go low key with a text or email, or a bit higher with a lovely card. But to do it right you have to make an effort, and chocolate is universally known as a significant and much appreciated one.
The International Chocolate Salon has selected and award 4 of the Best Chocolates for Valentine's Day.

Chocolate Valentine Competition
This competition is for chocolates that are designed, packaged or branded for celebration and sales specifically during the Valentine's Day Holiday.
Entries will be reviewed by a panel consisting of marketing experts, chocolate and food media, and retail buyers.
For educational, promotional and improvement purposes, all entrants will receive copies of any and all comments about their products and branding shared by the judges.

FEBRUARY 10th: Join us for the Gourmet Food, Wine & Chocolate CRUISE on San Francisco Bay
The day's adventure takes place onboard a luxury yacht, where you will taste wines from a local winemaker, along with samples from a curated selection of local chocolate, toffee, cheese, charcuterie and wine.
Walk among the various artisans and experience their latest creations. Explore and luxuriate on the yacht, and enjoy it all during the 2-hour cruise on the San Francisco Bay.
