The International Chocolate Salon Awards for the 2025 CHOCOLATE BAR AWARDS are based on the combined total number of votes received by each entrant from the Judging Panel.

The Judging Panel consists of National and Regional Magazines, Newspaper and Blog Editors, plus Topic Experts, Local Chefs and Food Gurus.

The award winners below have the honor of being able to display and use the Official Award Winner title and award logos, as well as use items (such as the Award Winner lapel pin), as well as use Custom Award Certificates, and logo award merchandise.

  • Delysia Chocolatier's Lemon Meringue chocolate bar was a delightful experience of the iconic pie captured brilliantly in a chocolate bar.
  • Drawn to Panche Chocolatier's Blackberry Neapolitan Brûlée Bar, with it's trompe-l'œil look of a flamed marshmallow top that is really white chocolate, is a prefect blend of white chocolate, dark chocolate, and blackberry ganache.
  • Grupo Cima Dorada Choco Punto by Mabel 70% Dark Chocolate Florencio Ortega has bright, fruity, floral and malty flavor that is a delight on the tongue, and a satisfying long after taste.
  • Sinless Treats Chocolate delights with it's elegant dark chocolate bar adorned with gold leaf, a smooth textured 72% dark chocolate that belays it's cacao content, and has the added bonus of being sugar-free with the taste of regular high-end chocolate experience.
  • A real treat was Painted Turtle Chocolatier's PB&J Kataifi Crunch bar. They looked like turtles in a row with a dash of purple on the back of their shells. A delicate shell encases a layer of gooey jam and peanut butter that give a nice crunchy texture with each bite.
  • Sinless Treats Chocolate's milk chocolate bar is a perfect choice for any chocolate lover. Despite being sugar-free, it has a rich, milking, smooth taste and texture that rivals any of the best milk chocolate bars.
  • Top of my list is The Chocolate Fetish's Framboesa Pistache bar. A fantastic blend of ruby chocolate, dark chocolate, studded with pistachios, freeze dried raspberries and salt. The design of the bar is beautiful with the imprinted molded ruby chocolate on one side and dark chocolate embedded with pistachios, raspberries and salt on the other side."

  • Ticket Chocolates: I loved the tartness of your Strawberry Chiffon Bar, but missed the taste of dark chocolate to boost it up. It ended up tasting too sweet and "milky". With cacao (or cocoa) in it, it would have been a winner. It has a beautiful design.
